hey i have to questions. first one ishow the hell do you woohoo in public? that's one problem and the other prob is that i cant call a taxi to take me to a community lot! please please help!

if you are playing in a costum neighbourhood, you need to build some community lots for your sims to visit first. then you can go out to that place.
and to public woohoo, call a taxi and go to a community lot with a changing bothe. get one of the sims try on some clothes, and when she is in the bothe, get the other person click on them and then go woohoo. help that cleared things up for you.
