To all budding trainers. Before you set out on training your next awesomely amazing team, you should first carefuly research and plan out which moves you would like them to have and which pkmn to choose. Here, I will give ideas to team you want to train (just give names of pkmn) and also plausible movesets. This way, you have ample time to know which moves to allow your pkmn to learn and which to not. I will also give training hints and pkmn selection tips every now and then.

    nice team

jolteon is deffinitely going to be your annoyer.
arcanine should be your fast sweeper. dragonite is your heavy sweeper. espeon can just attack. i'll do movesets for you later.

last person = snorlax probably. or blissey. or shuckle. something with high hp or high defensive stats.

Trainer's tip: Use calcium, carbos, and all that good stuff as early as possible (usualy below lvl 20 ish). It will have the most effect then. But too max out on them for a certain pkmn you'll need a LOT of cash. So use your exsisting team to beat elite four and red alot to get enough money to max out ONE pkmn on the carbos, protein and stuff. Then train that ONE pkmn with exp. share at elite four and red. Lather, rinse, and repeat with another pkmn.

this is for pisces (yea, i finally got around to it! stupid school and homework)

Starter will definitely be Jolteon since it has very high speed. < Thunder wave, Thunderbolt, Hidden Power (Hope for a grass, ice, or water type one), Reflect >. Hatch an Eevee from an egg. (Do NOT use ditto. all u need is a FEMALE Eevee and then stick it with a MALE Rattata). SAVE. Teach hidden power and see if it’s the type listed above (see if its super-effective against a Diglett). If yes, turn off game, thunder stone, SAVE, trade to RBY, teach thunderbolt and reflect with a TM, trade back. If no, start over with a new egg.

Next comes Arcanine with the all-powerful Extremespeed. < Curse, Roar/Crunch, Extremespeed, Flamethrower >. Roar is to get rid of Snorlaxes who use Curse a lot, or to get rid of a water/ground pkmn. Or go with crunch for attacking power, and the edge against annoying Gengars. To get Flamethrower and/or Crunch, train a MALE Houndour until it knows Flamethrower and/or Crunch, then breed it with a FEMALE Growlithe that knows flamethrower. Hatch the egg and voila, a baby Growlithe that starts off knowing Crunch and Flamethrower.

Espeon. One of the best psychic pkmn in the game. < Bite, Psychic, Morning Sun, Reflect >. Baby Eevee. Trade to RBY for reflect. Trade back. Train to level 30 to learn bite. Do NOT let it evolve into Espeon until it has learned bite.

Scizor. Good attack stat. Standard pkmn to use, but superbly weak to fire. That’s its only weakness though, and its attack strengths make it better than Kingdra IF you can get a ground type hidden power. Water and rock also work but they can only be use against a limited group. < Hidden Power (ground/water/rock), Sky Attack, Swords Dance, Steel Wing > Sky attack is a RBY TM.

Dragonite. The kill-all. < Hyper Beam, Blizzard, Hydro Pump, Fire Blast >. If this guy your last one, he’ll make ‘em hurt. You could also use him to finish off a bothersome Snorlax but if the Snorlax knows rest, then you’ll definitely need a fighting move.

Last Pokémon: Snorlax, Lapras, Machamp, or Tyranitar. Machamp and Tyranitar are the pysical attackers. Machamp is especially anti-Snorlax. Snorlax and Lapras are for high HP; Lapras and Tyranitar are to fill in gaps in your elements list.

    Snorlax: < Curse =), Rest/Substitute, Psychic/Fire Blast/Ice Beam, Submission/Earthquake >.

Lapras: < Confuse Ray, Ice Beam, Surf, Rest/Substitute/Safeguar/Mist >.

Machamp: < Cross Chop, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Light Screen >. Rock Slide is a RBY TM. Light Screen must be bred (like a Mr. Mime).

Tyranitar: < Fire Punch/Fire Blast, Earthquake/Dig, Ancient Power/Rock Slide, Crunch/ (Surf, which I don’t recommend but you could if you really wanted to) >. Ancient Power is bred from an Aerodactyl (or raise Lugia or Ho-oh to lvl 99).

thunder bolt over thunder MOST of the time. You could try the rain-dance thunder combo but in that time, you could've done 2 thunder bolts. Its really your choice, but I would go with thunderbolt. Rock slide is more powerful, but ancient power has a chance of raising all your stats 10%. It depends if your Tyranitar will be a super-attacker or a more balanced attacker.

y do you need to teach lugia fly? if you need the fly, use a cr*ppy pkmn that you dont care about (like a lvl 2 pidgey) and teach it fly.
