that item is easy beat the doudle team in the battle tower just to tell you a word of eveice once your done fighting 2 people heal you pokemon at the heal place each battle ok? ok see yea (i am holding a gun!!!! (the shawdow picture!!!) ohhh yea)

i think you can sometimes find them attatched to a wild dragon like Dratini or Seadra
