well i do sorta know a trick to get good stats for chao, but it might take a while unless your lucky. you need to have sonic advance and a tiny chao garden on it(along with the attachment cord for the advance to game cube). just keep taking choa out of the garden so a new egg keep comeing into the tiny chao garden. trade to SA2B, hatch it and check the stats on it. I did this a few times and i have like 3 chao with at least 2 or more "S" ranks and they kick the out of any other chao i have. so just release the cruddy chao you get from the tiny chao garden and keep the really good ones.
