go to Lilycove harbor talk 2 the lady n when u get there it will play hide n seek with when u find it u will battle it(mew is on level 30) mew is in a patch of tall grass north from the boat.
and there's no pokemonin the grass except Mew so don't bother looking 4 any other pokemon. u can see Mew hiding in the grass be4 u go on it keep following it until u find it
