Don't have a map, or website. Sorry. I havent seen one like that. But, to get to the top, you can use the mach bike to go over the cracking floor. You can only go over it once, so you can't go back! Occasionally, you might need to fall down a hole already there.

You could find a map in the official Prima strategy guide for pokemon emerald or I'll send you a copy of the book or a picture of the map if you send me your address as a private message.

Did you guys even catch Rayquaza Cause you use a match bike speed over the cracks then at the top hit A when standing in front of rayquaza then get his life in red (If you can put him asleep or paralyze him) then throw a ultra ball (Buy 15 ultra balls just if he brakes out). I have a Rayquaza so i can just memorize all this if you need any more help ask me in private message!
