To Beat Drake, you will need the following pokemon:
A pelliper that knows ice beam or any other ice moves.
A Flygon or any other dragon types that know dragon moves.
if you have already completed the game, kyogre or groudon that knows fissure, solarbeam etc.Or rayquaza after you have summoned it to stop the battle at sootopolis.

if you have groudon, put it first in your party.Drake will send out shelgon, First, Drake will use protect so use a move that groudon knows that you don't need. Then try to attack it with Fissure. He will next either altaria, flygon or salamence so send out a sceptile against flygon if you have one, and pelliper against the others
