Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind Message Board  

Ive been playing my first character for a little while and I played through some other quests before I started the blades quests. Im a master of the thieves guild and a grandmaster of the Morag tong. I started the blades quest and got to the travel to vivec quest. I went to vivec, found Huleeya and Im supposed to get some thugs away from him and get him to his friends bookstore. But, Because Im the grandmaster and Huleeya is in the morag tong he just says 'what can i do for you grandmaster?' instead of talking about the thugs and the information Im supposed to get. Ive tried killing the thugs outright, but then Huleeya attacks me. Ive tried just killing Huleeya but then I get the message that says I cant continue with the story because he is dead. I got myself expelled from the morag tong by stealing something from them but Huleeya still calls me grandmaster and I cant continue with the blades quest until I talk to him. In all of my saved games I am the grandmaster of the morag tong so I cant go back far enough to get around that. What can I do?

have ya tried asking about the ninth house or the neverine cult?? heh, that should pop up the phrase you need, and once he speaks about hte pricks bugging him jsut talk to THEM. bribe, intimdate, admire, waht ever it takes to get them to agree to leave him alone. and you can always taunt them one by one. *chuckles* if they hit you first your free to kill them with no bounty so really taunting is a handy way to go on a guilt free killing spree. after all it's not like it's your fault that they can't stand there and take the insults now is it?
