I read that if you go to settings and then go to Power Save Settings and choose WLAN power save to off. It said that it will give you a noticable speed boost in loading the pages.

Not that I have Heard of... I will try and check for it. Note: for internet connection, you need to have a WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) acces point. Like one of those Linksys thingys.

And it does work. Go to pspirc.com to chat with other online users. When you get there, click on Chat Now! Then on the Right side of the screen, just click login. No password Required

do you know if the update interferes with this working? I got my psp last night and didnt know any better and did it. I bought wipeout 30min ago and entered the dns info and it just brings me to the games website. what stupid simple mistake have i made? this is what will decide if i keep this thing.

Also has anyone else had a pixel go on their psp. i have one that went in my first few minutes of it being on. if it isn't normal(and even if it is) i'm going to try and exchange it for another non-updated psp.
