What kind of race are you trying to do. There is no one car that is the best at every kind of race. Just about any car can be good, you just need to know how to tune them and if that setting doesn't work, how to adjust until it is right.

my best car so fare is the htb golf seires 2 it 33 grand and avalibule from teh tunning shop and it can do ever specil trak there is

that's the best car money-HP but if your starting u should get the IA licenc then do the 1st special race with the 400 nissan that u get with the IA licenc

probably the best starter car under 10k is the Mazda RX-7 ??? '86, which is 5,914cr. Otherwise look for the Silvia K's '88, Civic Type R '97, Galant VR-4 '88, I could go on.
