GET YOUR WEAPONS TO V10 (if in challenge mode then V99 or just get the Harbringer and Get that to V99 with as many experience mods you can. Then have it loaded with ammo mods and all you need to do is shoot at him when he has NO shield and you should beat him without loseing all you ammo of the harbringer). If you don't have the harbringer then use the Dual Raptors (Dual Vipers V10) and the Other weapon you startd off with (magma Cannon or something or other).
