Thanks for that but I have a problem getting to the lighthouse, When I'm by the cannery and the guy says you need special shoes, where do you go? I can only get to part 2 on the docks. What do I need to do to get to the light house? Also how do you get up the steps in the house that turn flat when you touch them?

To get the plunger go to shock on the dock part 2. There will be light colored crossing wood floor. Super smash the floor and you will find a passage way. Turn left in 3rd room, second space and go to end of room and you will find another room - at end of this room is the plunger.
