hello. when your in the school bit right at the start, and ive just got past t idea?he falling floor, but where now? ive no idea...

how do i get past the 2 ghost dogs? what spell? and please tell me what the spell does so i no

i posted this already, but no one has replied.. maybe you can help me..

Im currently stuck on the parseltounge level. you have to find the expellerumus(sp)book. you crawl through the potrait hole from the dada classroom, past defeating the spiked balls that attack you, into the next room, i got past the imps and cut the ball & chain above the fire holes, and i just got past the rotating spiked balls into the room with fire pits. i cant seem to figure out what im suppose to do. the wall that is around the cornor has these things that spit fire , and if you get on the wall it scortches you w/it. anyone know what you're suppose to do and how you're suppose to get past all of it? any info would be appreciated! thanks ahead of time!

Did you get to the gargoyle part yet? If you didnt? Once you get past the spiked ball hung by chains then you do the skiped ball thingy and if you got past that then I think you have to go to the side of the room (the room that you battled the spike balls in) and search up and down both sides for something to climb up onto and then climb up onto the ledge and on one of the ledges there is a door. Go through it and there will be another spiked ball hanging by a chain, above a hole. Hit it with Diffindo and the ball falls through the hole and lands into the room you battled the small spiked balls, into the floor and enclosed under a floor cage. go down back to the battle room and in front of the caged floor is a door. go through it and you will find the Expelliarmus book. Then when you battle the Gargoyle, cast Expelliarmus when the Gargoyles' Flipendo comes near you and it will hit him and kill him a little bit. After a while he will start to fend the spell back to you so be ready to cast it back again. And when your done the Gargoyle battle, go back into the battle room and keep running back to where you first started the 'Expelliarmus' challange. and go through the crawling hole and there your done. This was all I remember so if any mistakes in this i'm sorry and tell me if there are.

About the ghost dogs...cast Lumos spell and they will be frightened away from it and don't get to close to them though or they will hurt you. It tells you on the note Hedwig gives you.
