also one of his attacks is based on how much materia you have equiped (comonly known as the instant death attack) wich inflicts damage to each charicter
eg: Cloud has 9+ materia equiped, the damage done to Cloud will be 9999
and if Cid has 3 materia equiped he will recive 3333 damage

and so equiping unnessissary materia like the underwater materia, can kill your party

so you will know where the Added Cut materia is?
(I don't mean the 2X cut materia, the added cut materia is a suport [blue] materia that makes your character attack after a magic/ summon has been cast)

The best way to beat emerald weapon is to have w-summon knights of the round and it is a lot easier if you have final attack paired with phoenix that way for as long as many times as you can summon it will everyone who's dead back to life so put it on your character with the most HP. And kick that weapons butt.

Heyyy new to this site thing, meh! i know quite a lot about ff... so nyah! if you wanna beat emerald make sure everyone has equipped mime, and one person has W-Summon. use Hades, then knights of the round then just keep using mime. same thing works with ruby weapon they shouldnt even get a chance to hit you

Well, I'm haing problem with the safe in the nibelheim, shinra mansion. I entered 36, 10, 59, 97. i pressed ok after each of them but still it will not open and says fail.

ok so if u have beat the game, how many times, and if u can help me is there anyway to get the holy materia, that arieth drops when she is killed
