i have managed to catch the mues thing at long last but in order to get the precurser where to you take the thing - the sculpter? whats this? someone please help

the sculptor gives you a power cell the sculptor is the guy that lent you his boat

the scalpter isnt the guy who gave you his boat just go into the houses and the one with a big rock in is the scalpter talk to him and youll get a power cell
