i have gotten to the part that in the walkthrough that says that for the goal Captured!(54

We currently don't have any Urbz, The - Sims in the City trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

that it starts with talking to the ninga lady in the carnival and i have done that over and over and over again!
