I've tried looking in the PokeDex where his nest is, it says location unknown... I hope he's not gone.. forever!?!
That, and another question. People are saying that wobbuffet can withstand Entei's roar attack... Is this true or will be be "roared" away like everyone else?

Wobuffet will also be "roared" away.
Hiya guys, New to the site seems helpful and friendly enough. Well past that now to the question.
I have already beaten the game, I've been on the search for Entei. I have ran into him about 6 times... I used my masterball on a night i played a bit tiredly so I cant use that. But the last time I ran into him, I made him faint with poision fang. I didnt save the game, but since then I have no ran into him at all. Is there a way even if I didnt save that he wont come out again? I've given up for a while to just train my Dragonite, so I guess I'll wait till you guys reply. and If he wont come out, is there a way to make him come back out again? I dont use AR or anything so..... Thanks for the help guys
So, if this is the case and you haven't encountered him yet, then I suggest trying to not look for him. For some reason, that works for me when I haven't seen them either. Walk through a lot of different routes and fly different places and hope that you will encounter him. So yeah, train some new Pokemon and walk around a lot. Hopefully, you will find him soon.
Looking through different sites I notice the "Encounter pokémon" master cheat varies, some are very long and some are just two rows. The on at codejunkies is 80 rows + or something and the one in Link is two rows. Has anyone tried both and managed to catch any of the pokémon of choice? I will try both with Mew later on and repport in.
Another issue you may be able to help me with, the GBX program for the computer won't communicate with my gameboy, I've installed all the drivers, restarded computer and pretty much worked out all options. It would be nice to be able to back up games.

I don't think that the short one works. But I have tried the really long one and it works. I've caught Celebi, Raikou, Lugia, Ho-oh, and Mew with it, so I would hope that it works for any Pokemon. As for your problem with the GBX program, I have no clue. Sorry!
what's the best way to catch suicune, entei, or raikou (did i spell that right?) w/out using the masterball if you don't have it anymore? weaken it first and give it a status like paralyze, or weaken it halfway, or just get mad at it and throw a hundred pokeballs at it while it's got all its hp?
Well the best way to catch a legendary dog without a Masterball, is to weaken it and give it a status like Sleep or Paralyze, something that won't make it faint. However, when you first encounter it make sure that you have a Pokemon that knows Mean Look or a similar attack that doesn't allow your foe to escape, or have a Pokemon like Wobuffet that has an ability that traps the opponent in play the whole batttle. After weakening it to as low as you can get, start using Ultra Balls. A couple other good balls to use would be a Quick Ball (i think thats the name) or a Timer Ball. A Quick Ball works really well in the first few turns of a battle. A Timer Ball works well as the battle progresses. So, if you can stand to hold out a long battle with a legendary dog, then use Timer Balls. They work really well for me.
