FR on computer is not useful enough because when u beat the PKM League it said "THe end" then it restart to the first place,....Why?
You start in Pallet Town in the GBA version, too. You can go anyhwere you want to now. I suggest going back to the Sevii Islands and talking to Celio.

Sorry. But, there is an All Shiny Pokemon code, but to my knowledge, it doesn't work. And Deoxys and Mew will not obey you if you have cheated for them. To get them and have them obey you, you will have to use the cheat that places them in the PC.

I'm not too sure that you can get all 386 without beating the Elite Four. Of course, I'm not too familiar with other cheating devices besides the Action Replay, but with those codes, you can only get the Pokemon from Ariados to Celebi with the Catch Any Pokemon cheat. All of the other codes haven't worked for me. So, I'm not entirely sure if that is even possible. Sorry...
