when you see him being wheeled in to a building by a guard way before that just shoot the guard in the head and shoot the end in the head a couple of times and he will say something and blow up and part of his wheelchair will hit snake.
I wonder what I will do next... :5 SECONDS LATER: Let's go blow up a building with C4! :20 SNIGGERING MINUTES LATER: That was fun! Let's do it again, and again, and again!!!
