is there a way to beat the racing people for the el burro racing mission without racing them??

no but you can kill the other racers. First memorize the DESTROY ALL CARS cheat: L2,R2,L1,R1,L2,R2,Triangle,Square,Circl,Triangle,L2,R1 When you get ready, it will start to count down, when the race begins, get out of your car quickly and don't stray to close to the car and do the cheat. All the other racers will just blow up including your car. Find another car and finish the race.

I DONT NOW ONE ,but leave it when you get to the third.second island pick up a fast car there and do it then!!! I did it.
