There is a door at the end of the upper walkway on the right side. Go in there and the call signals will be poring in. When they are finnished, Snake will come.(You also get the sword that the ninga used!)

yeah, but once you get in the room (a hallway blocked by to locked doors) you have to run up and down like three times and listen to all colonel's messages
