Well first of All, press select, and look at the jobs. There should be the requirments to whay skill points you need, Secondly, you'll need to "pimp your ride" so to speak, Pay the amount to get at least 15 seconds of Nitrious. and up the speed, but the frame of the bike should remain tiny. Don't upgrade the frame..

Hey I'm in the river boat but i cant find the map!
Ok, now that your on the river boat, in the Casino there are stais leading to the apparentment you can rent, go up those stairs, and youll be on these little captin quaters, you'll see a bed and a chair, go up the ladder and you'll be in a room with a steering whell, the map is right there

THere is no cheats for the game-bay sims, THe key to beating D. Hogg, is tho improve on skill points, and to supe up your ride.
