OK, i'm playing on the ds and i beat every mission but the last on on mission 3, need to know how to activate it or what not, if anyone has an idea please let me know, thanks

Talk to Mambo Loa. Then go on the internet and buy the sailors cap. Then got to the thrift shop nad go by the coat rack and get the sailors coat now all you have to do is talk to Pritchard Locksley and get the white beard for 500 dollars.

i did go to the rack and all that came up was the clothes for my sims but not a coat help plz
