Natsume was going to have something there, but then decided not to, and I guess the programmers were getting a bit lazy at that point... anyway they just left it there and the seed maker goes in your tool shed when you get it, someone said it sells for 6500 g, it's 6000 g if you buy it but you can also befriend daryl the scientist to get it.
