stamina is so annoying to raise and takes 4ever.i only had chaos chao reach 99 stamina.the highest i had thats not chaos was lvl 50 stamina.
Transport your chao to the Tiny Chao Garden on Sonic advance 2. Its a hell of a lot easier to get rings in the stages. Then go back to the garden and buy the Blue Fruit (2nd one down 60 rings) and feed your chao. The fruit does +3 stamina. If your Chao's belly meter is full, wait 30 seconds. Its belly empties by -1/30 seconds.

1:i my sonic advance 2 got stolen
2:if i buy a new 1 i wont feel like gettin all the chaos emeralds again(the stages r annoying)
3:i cant use any other tiny chao garden cause their fruit minuses other stats and they take forever to get hungry and rings arnt as easy 2 earn.
