I think this must be the key to unlock him some how.

In GT Bulma creates a machine that shoots out flucks waves or whatever and shoots it at Vegeta and he turns into golden oozaru then into ss4.

if someone could read spanish and translate it then they would be able to tell everybody who all of those characters are and if you can really get them.
maybe the mexican/spanish Dragon ball Z budokai 3 is different then the english one and you can get more characters.

ok is this a char you chosse or is it some one that transforms into this because judging from the hair on the monkey it is exactly liek ssj or ssj2 vegetas
