About Atering Cave, Are you really talking about the team Rocket hideout where you have to have two passwords or are you talking about the place where there is two rocket Grunts talking or are you talking about the place where you have to go through all these little doors, the place in a cave whre there is 4 doors, one up one down one on the left one on the right? 🤔

neither, altering cave is near island 6, the only other thing on the island besides the cave is a rocket grunt. in the cave all you can catch is zubats.
its the north most point on island 6.
what is it there for ? i don't believe nintendo would put a saclded cave on the game for nothing would they?
