I did every thing right but when it made a cocoon it was not a Chaos chao. WHY?
u have to wait for a chao to die 2 times than u wait till it transforms to a hero or dark than give it all 21 animals!

its really simple.all u have 2 do is make it live 1 life then let it reborn then let it live another life.let it reborn again and now its a baby for the third time.now u have 2 feed it one of every animal and only one of each animal.u must do this before it evolves.after it evolves it should be a chaos chao.the good news is, its imortal.it wont ever die or reborn.bad news is that it cant mate.i dont know what 2 consider this but it wont get animal chrateristics if u feed it an animal.only animal chrateristics it can get is from ghost animals.
