Sorry for this question, but I've tried to find it in the forum but I couldn't

I would like to know how I could active the trainer options using the controller buttons and triggers without interfer with the normal actions of the game, like in the Mass Effect Andromeda game.

Is there any button/trigger that I have to maintain pushed while press other option button?

This is a good question I am having the same problem with Forza 6 Apex I would like to assign a button on the controller to be a hotkey or trainer option, kind of hard to hold the controller look at the screen and press the controller button plus a keyboard button I must be doing something wrong...
