Since this game is old as dirt now I don't expect this to be approved or anything, but is it possible for the trainer to get a facelift to make it easier to read the options ? (Would post this on the actual trainer topic but it appears to have been unstickied)

As I agree with you that it's very, very small (1440p) you still have the readme.txt.

Whilst that's true, if you look at the ME 1 trainer it's using a semi recent interface style which is what prompted me to ask
