Hi.
As i have understand if you have bought the game, the early access is the real game but only limited by the time of game who is limited to 10 hours.
So if you make a trainer to the early access (and if you have buy the game before) the trainer should working to the game official.

I don't think so entirely, as the trial will have its own executable to enforce said 10 hours making it impossible to bypass, mirror's edge catalyst did it this way
Confirmed. It was the same with the Battlefield 4 trial game exe.
