If you are desperate to get a game going and really want the HoI4 trainer, I would suggest downgrading your Steam version to the 1.3.2 hotfix 2. Go into properties of the game in Steam, choose Betas, then choose 1.3.2 - Torch Hotfix 2. This will immediately downgrade to the last version and you can use the current trainer. I know it means not getting all the recent patch fixes, but it is an option if you are REALLY desperate

We've been working on this latest update for 2 days now. They changed almost the entire game structure. Hopefully we'll get an updated trainer out later today sometime.
