Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I recently downloaded the Rise of Nations Extended version trainer and am being told I am an invalid trainer user and have been banned. Banned for what? The last time I downloaded a trainer was probably 10 years ago. I am a life time member of Cheat Happens and have been for more years than I can remember. I have never had any complaints nor ever been banned for anything on this page. So would someone in administration kindly tell me what is going on and why this happened?

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Plug your PC directly into the internet, bypassing all network routers and firewalls. If you have been using VPN software such as Spotflux, a complete windows reinstall might be necessary as some of these products mess up Windows firewall registry settings which cause the trainers to be blocked.
