Anyone else get a duplicate weapon bug? Say I have the Thompson SMG. I pickup another weapon from a dead guy and I still have the Thompson on my back when I am using the new weapon. This happens with all the weapons. Then when I get back to the loadout screen I have like 6 guns on my back and the game crashes. After the crash it loads up properly, until I enable the trainer and it starts it all over again.

Win 10 x64

Please provide a savegame with easily repeatable instructions so we can reproduce the issue. That includes where the location of the save file is.

In the zip are 2 sets of Saves. The original(first) then a fresh install with new(not cloud synced) saves.

Attached is a screenshot from just now. This is with ALL options BUT No Reload Service Record XP, Invisible and scopes.

OK so a little troubleshooting, it is the "Unlimited Ammo and Supplies" that does it.

Also I can make it glitch just in the weapon loadout screen by just selecting different weapons, it eventually crashes after a dozen or so guns on my back...

Latest patch is out (21/2), does not seem to have any effect on the trainer - meaning it is working fine as is

I've been seeing a duplicate helmet bug. Not sure if it's trainer- or just game-related, but when I headshot a guy and his helmet pops off, he'll still be wearing a helmet afterwards. Sometimes if you just graze guy's head with a bullet his helmet will pop off and not kill him. I've shot 2-3 helmets off the same guy a few times, and he'll just be standing there next to a bunch of helmets on the ground. It doesn't seem to break the game and it's kind of funny.

The trainer for patch 1.1.1 works with patch 1.1.3, number 1, 2, 3, and 6 works, the rest of the numbers (I don't use them) have I not tested.

It looks like a few ppl are having some crash issues in the weapon load out screen, same for me, but i get a directX 11 popup box about it, so i'm thinking it's not trainer related (or it is? ).
But some of the earlier Elites in the series had the same problems too. As you said, not a big deal or game wrecker. As for ppl having multiple weapons after swapping them in game, easy DON'T swap weapons, be happy with your load out prior to doing the mission, and yes it defaults to start weapons in convos before you start missions, eg. talking to Weaver or partisans or the "Mob", a great trainer for this game, so thank you guys.
