Just letting you know that it appears to me that everything is working except for Infinite Health. I know it warns that scripted events may still kill you but basic enemies are killing me so I'm classing this feature as broken currently.

WS or Steam?

Windows Store version. Like I said the trainer still helps because you get infinite ammo and infinite med kits but I would like to try to get the achievement for beating the game using less than 3 med kits, but infinite health isn't working properly. Even the regular molded enemies kill me easily.

i can also confirm the windows store version appears to be working correctly EXCEPT the infinite health. simple bugs are able to drastically reduce my health and red indicator goes away when I use one of my unlimited health bottles.
otherwise, great job as always!

We will take a deeper look at it on the next update.

Can a "super accuracy" option be added please?

basically it would make the crosshair always remain a dot, even when not aiming or when shooting

Could it also be possible to add an option to remove the blood on screen when your health isn't full? (just the visual effect, not a health cheat)
