Guardians of Ember Message Board  

Before we purchase this game and spend time looking at it, can someone first confirm that this can be played offline, unplugged, with a true single player mode.

There's a few replies from the dev on Steam saying it's always connected online even for the single player.

"Unfortunately GoE doesn't offer an offline mode."

"Unfortunately this is not possible - GoE requires that you are online."

From what I heard from people that has played it is that Guardians of ember is an mmo action rpg. so its played on a server that dosen't have offline mode. even if it should be a singelplayer game. hell even I thought it was singelplayer like titanquest/diablo.

Just played the game for 5h in single player, game is funny and not very hard.

"The entire game can be done single player. You need an internet connection only because we manage the servers. Thank you".

Sorry this game is an MMO and will not have any trainers or CoSMoS tables made for it.
