One What one jak2 or jak3 because on jak2 thats not until later in the game and in jak3 you get it when you go tocyber errolits after daxter gets sucked up into the computer/game to over ride the computer and that was fun!

wheres the new base?

the new base is called Freedom HQ. It's where you got the friggin' mission in the first place!
just circle around the base, and dead in the middle is the back door. Stand near it, kill everything in sight that moves, and the door should open. or else just try to walk thru it, it should open eventually.
