Hey I got 38 characters and i need 2 more to have them all! Who are the other two?!?!? Also, I'm really gettin confused. Are the rumors about Bebi, Super 17, and Pan true? If they are how do you get them?!

hahaha you don't know that you CAN get bebi and you can also get pan but I'll never tell you how to get them!

I don't think so because they would also consider fusions as different characters also!!! and I think they mean 40 characters from character select.
