Is there or can there be an option on your account page that lists all the downloaded trainers, so I can easily see when trainers have been updated? Would be great, thanks

If you add the selected trainer to favorites, could be the forum its in as well, you will get an email for it when it updates

You need to tick the little box on the right on every trainer page saying "TRACK THIS TITLE" and as Loki said you receive an email with every update.
