I'm checking something. Is the anti cheat software called Easy Anti Cheat, or is there any other software apart from this that the game uses?

Yup, refunded and have posted on forums that this was the reason for it. Stupid decision to put the anti-cheat system on the offline single player part of the game.

Just had a read of the EAC website where they specifically state - "EasyAntiCheat is on a mission to provide game developers and publishers the best conditions for creating truly satisfying MULTIPLAYER game experiences that can be enjoyed by any player alike."

The question is why are Ubisoft using it in this SINGLE PLAYER game when disconnected from the internet. Memory editors/programs will not attach to the game when EAC is running, even OFFLINE.

This is quite troubling to me because the way I look at it more and more PC games are using Denuvo now because It is working, and that's all good and well because piracy on PC was getting a little out of control, and it obviously serves a different greater purpose(theft). But If this EAC starts taking off and publishers/Developers start putting it in single player PC games there may be very worrying times ahead my cheating friends. Things like trainers and memory editing may be in danger on all future Single player/Multiplayer AAA PC titles, not just Ubisoft games. It would Effectively make us all like console gamer's with HUGE restrictions on our single player gaming.

I'm sure someone will eventually crack it but I've got a feeling the EAC team will just patch it constantly to stay ahead. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I've already voiced my opinion at Ubisoft's customer support and asked them to remove this EAC from OFFLINE Single Player and the Steam forums. I suggest the thousands of people who would have downloaded this trainer over the next few weeks/months do the same.

p.s The games single player is no where near as fun without a good trainer and I can't get a refund for the game at this point(UPLAY don't offer digital refunds). I'm not at all happy with Ubisoft... and with vote with my wallet in the future if they continue down this path.

Thats what it is leading to Treo, they wanna control what you can cheat, how you can cheat, and how much money they wanna make to let you cheat. Its all going to be Micro Trans just like Cell games, wanna enjoy extra credits and the ability to enjoy the game? Pay for it 3 or 4 times over, then sure enjoy in game cheating.

Damn even just the ingame money we can't event have that .

grinding for money is long. but i though that with this seamless online thing this would happen.
the only cheat I really need it no die, money and full hack.

😭 Very Sad. At least an option for us Singleplayers to cheat would be cool, but no..
All I need is a money cheat, that's it.
