For some reason when the trainer is running, the game will freeze when it attempts to show the cinematic (cut scene) and totally freezes the game, to the point that my only option is to alt+F4 to exit the game, close the trainer and restart the game, This happened twice to me so far , the first time was right after I stole the car from the movie studio, and the second was after racing the car and then crashing through the billboard. Just to make certain the trainer is the issue, I completed both missions without the trainer and they played through just fine.

when starting the trainer, selecting the .exe

The game start but my saved game is not there, i can only start a new game.

Does this mean i can't use the trainer with my savegame?

If i start the game with the shortcut on the desktop my savegame is there.

And it's launching the same Exe

Just add the -eac_launcher to your desktop shortcut and hit cancel when the trainer asks for the .exe. Trainer will still work normally.

ok i followed the instructions perfectly had all the right pop up message when game started, but when i hit f1 it still says trainer cannot find game.

By following the instructions perfectly you include running trainer with admin rights, whitelisted the trainer and/ or the files written in Windows TMP folder in your AV or disabled all security software running?

Would be nice to have a option to use it online or offline. or atleast when we use it online and as soon as we join a co-op/online mission everything is disabled in hack and cant be turned on until u are done with the current mission.

Cheat Happens trainers are made for Singleplayer and offline use only.

It's in your own interest to never use a trainer in an online environment even though the trainer might work.
