I have one question. I need this trainer only for money and followers, if I unlock all abilities and add a lot of money, and do the cheat in offline mode, after that if I turn off the trainer, turn EAC online and go plays online with this same save, I will have all my unlocks and cash things that i did with the trainer, and i will be able to play in online mode and i can't be tracked/flagged?

Trainer be working fine on my end via Uplay. Every option be doing its sweet thing that it was intended to.

Win7/AVG on ignoring trainer/IE9.

option 6 does not work for me on uplay thing can be my antivirus it is tricky k

I try to use Cosmos to change the value of skill points and i found 2 addresses. I have change the values and my number of skill have change. So i tell me "ok good i found something useful". But as the money option and the followers option there is a distinction between the amount that you could change and the "real" amount of skill points.
In my example i have change my 3 skill points to 50 skill points. But when i use 2 skill points to active a skill, my number of skill points (the number just near the skill who you want to active with this writing 3 / 2 for example) indicate that i have only one point to spend even if my number of skill points (who is in top right of the screen) have rest to 50 skill points to spend.

I managed to modify the Research points. But after successfully changing them and using it once to add a skill, I then went to add another one and it just crashes. Does not appear to lose the new skill tho.

Be careful hacking those research points, I messed with them yesterday and got some free upgrades and now can't earn anymore even when I level up legitimately. But I did use a different method to just searching for research points value, I found the value for followers needed to advance to the next level where it gives you multiple research points.

For instance if I had 73000 followers and needed 182000 to level up I brought the 182000 down to 73500 and then earned some legit followers in game to immediately level up. Did it a few times successfully and then it just stopped working, and I can no longer earn research points at all in game. Probably going to have to start over, or hope Cal can add a working research option to the trainer.
