Started yesterday
cant use any trainers
tried getting an offline key
went through procedure but i get an error message that my security question does
not match the database
tried changing my password and security question but i get this error message..
"HTTP 404 - File not found
We're sorry, the page you are looking for is no longer available or the site you came from has an invalid link in their database."
tried again to change my password and then i got the error message that my security question does not match the database
havent changed anything on my PC(No new browser,hardware or Anti-virus progs)

I have reset your security question. Something has obviously changes on your PC, most likely an Av, firewall or other security software automatic update that is causing your issue. You can try an offline key, but your network/internet must be completely unplugged/disabled before the key will work and you must right click run as admin on the trainers.

resetting my security question worked
i can now load trainers by using the offline Key
