I'm so frustrated that it won't work properly for me. Seriously, I can't think of what else to try.

I'm so frustrated that it won't work properly for me.
Seriously, I can't think of what else to try.
So far I've done:
Clean Win 7 install
No AV
Defender disabled
Dot Net up to date
Run as Administrator
Done all the troubleshooting suggested here
Cleaned Temp Files,cache etc

My PC specs are below. I can't see that being the problem?

I'll attach a file showing steps from start of game to crash.
Hopefully someone out there can help.

More info on error from Windows Log attached. Appears to be .NET & Kernel related.
