If you are adding 25 points in each skill it probably raises your level.

If it is raising your level then as soon as you enter a new area, (anything that requires a loading screen) the enemies will be leveled to match your level.

An example: In the cave right after the bear in the start, I console myself advskill smithing 100 a few dozen times. Now I exit the cave and the enemies are going to be leveled to match my level even though I'm only any good at smithing and I soon die.

So, in short. If you level and then enter a new area the enemies will be leveled to match you.

I just tried this out from curiosity. What I saw was not raising the player level, although it did seem to be freezing various other stats. I leveled up all skills 25 times, but was still level 1 with no progress towards level 2. However, when I added perk points, I noticed they then froze at 10. . . odd. Then the first enemy I met was not taking any damage, nor dealing any to me. It seems like some stats are being frozen, but not others (my stamina was able to decrease with a power attack for instance, and when my skills naturally leveled, it raised my progress towards level 2) I saved, quit, quit the trainer, went back in, and things were unfrozen again. I think the game got overwhelmed by the number of changes happening at once, and it caused a glitch that disappears when refreshing the memory by quitting and restarting. I hope this helps the others having the problem as well.

Anyone get any issues with enemies becoming invincible when using the trainer? Just curious if its something to do with the special edition or if I should run the game with zero mods and start troubleshooting that stuff.

Most of the options are still working but yes I am getting enemies that are invincible. I am doing the "Dradaus best Friend" Quest and the vamps are invincible.

Yeah the trainer has issues with the adding skill points option. If you use that, I recommend saving your game somewhere safe, adding the skill points, using the skill points where you need them, and then maybe saving the game under a different save (optional) but obviously you should save it if you want the skill points to be applied. Once you've done that just exist and re-launch don't forget to re-launch the trainer as well.

Essentially closing the game and re-launching will fix it, but if you want the skill points to be applied as well I recommend doing it that way. Also the add dragon souls doesn't work to the best of my knowledge.

That happenend to me right at the beginning of the game whilst using the trainer, making my way to Riverwood (was on legendary at the time when two wolfs attacked me) knocked back the skill level to master and everything was fine.

the god mode option of the trainer simply engages the built-in GOD MODE of the game so that would not affect the enemy health.

the AI cannot attack option may disable functions that check if certain AI are dead. I cannot confirm this, but if there are certain mobs that are immune to being killed, try toggling this off.

the EASY KILLS option simply sets the enemy health-damage to super high values. Some enemies, this value may be so high that the function checking for the entity to be dead may not check it correctly. I cannot confirm this, but if there are certain mobs that are immune to being killed, try toggling this off.

The PERK POINTS simply writes 99 to a single address.

The best way to use the trainer is likely to shut off all options that you aren't needing at the time and only turn them on when necessary and to do the specific task that the option is for, then turn it back off.

    I have no other suggestions.

    best,

    I agree with Caliber.

The only features that I use regularly is F1 and F3.

F3 is the only one of those that causes conflicts with quests or dialogues.
From what I have noticed F3 (Free Crafting Materials) will cause problems
when buying houses (the steward will say you don't have enough money) and
also with at least some of the thieves guild quests.

However like Caliber says, turn it off when you are not using it and
there shouldn't be any problems and it's not really a real problem
either since you can't do crafting and buying houses at the same
    time anyway. 😉
