Has anyone else had this problem? Just after getting all the stuff needed I have become a Big Daddy, called the little sister out, told to protect her and follow her so we get to the first test subject and she takes the Adam..... then she just stays there instead of moving on to 2nd test subject.....she will not budge! Have tried new starts but still same..... 🙁

I'm having the same problem myself. Tried it several ways with no results. I'm going to try the console cheats to see if that helps. I'll post here again if I find out anything.

just in case anyone was still having trouble with this...
the solution is you CANT use the easy kill option in this level. it causes some of the enemies not to spawn which creates the bug. keep the easy kill option off til the lil sister is done harvesting all 3 subjects.
