This is not just for Batman Arkham Knight, essentially was wondering if someone could create a tutorial video or instructions on how to get bullet time in ANY game I play, from basketball games, to RPGs and action games, or even games like Mortal kombat or street fighter... The ability to toggle on and off slow motion modes is just very fun...

In general I am pretty much obsessed with the aspect of Bullet time, and super reflexes that make the world appear in slow motion. I love games that have it, and would love to have every game I play have it. It makes me feel like my character has super powers... kind of like spider-mans slow motion reflex shown here:

Since there was no section that I could find here that could "generalize" this type of cheat, I thought I would start with Batman... So was wondering if anyone could make a Bullet Time/ Slow Motion Cheat... So that at a press of a button everything slows down, and then to make things go normal again... Even better if the slow motion could be modified to 50% speed, and even slower down to 10% speed and be adjustable on the fly...

This allows for fun strategic gameplay in ANY game one plays kind of like VATs from fallout.... OR Enhanced reflexes............

So if anyone could teach me how to do this for ANY game, that would be perfect, I would even pay you to teach me... OR if not, then at least for this awesome batman game...

    Really appreciate it, thanks.

This is just one other video to demonstrate the fun to be had with Bullet Time...

Just to inspire a skilled coder to see how cool this feature is....

even imagine playing Mortal Kombat and someone teleports behind you, you could dodge easily....

Which brings me to another thing... Some trainers that have Bullet time built in, sometimes makes the bullet time NOT slow enough... A modifiable slow mo would be the best though...

Another Example of the fun factor of slow motion/bullet time in games
