I notice that when downloading new version of trainer, some options value are still set to the user modified value instead of the default value

I believe there must be a cache stored somewhere but I couldn't find it. Can you help please?

Have you tried putting the trainer in a different folder or clearing the windows temp folder?

Putting trainer to a different folder still display the modified value. The way I did was unpack the archive then move the trainer to a different folder then launch the trainer.

I'm not sure if unpacking the archive straight to a different folder would solve the issue because I haven't tried it but will do when I get home

Also, when you tell me to clear temp folder, are you talking about windows regular temp folder or rather a specific temp folder for the trainer itself?

The windows temp folder. You might also PM the trainer maker of that trainer and ask them how to clear the modified values.
