i'm pretty sure the name of the game is FIFA17.exe, so posting your .exe here for the reason off 'trainer cannot find game' is irrelevant.

likely the user just needs to run the game from the launcher, and then make sure to press F1 at main menu, like the trainer says in the instructions.

other reasons for trainer AUDIBLY saying 'trainer cannot find game' is that the game isn't actually running, OR the trainer is blocked.
