My workshop tells me that it can't build anymore. Is there any way to build another workshop?
There's a limit of different sizes in all settlement workshop screens on the top right of the screen. Find some stuff to scrap and you'll be able to build more. Fences for example don't really help because enemies can spawn right inside the settlements. Only way around the limit currently is to use a mod like from Nexus like maybe this one:

I scrapped entire houses in Sanctuary as some were in such bad shape. Helps your limit a lot though.
i recommend gettin the nexus mod manager, install mods thru that and let it do the work for u.

Got the nexus mod manager. When I try to download a mod it tells me that it can't find the game. What now?
Is the game installed thru Steam? Did the NMM do its search for your installed games? If you clicked any of the red 'X's" during that search it probably would have aborted. You might also try disabling your anti-virus.
But unless someone else has any other ideas, you'll probably have to contact support or use their Forum and post your problem. Here -
